Hello,
Have you had an experience with bailiffs in the last couple of years? If you have we’d like to hear your story, good or bad, on the website we’ve set up: https://www.bailiffreform.org.
It’s easy to share your story and we’re hoping to use the responses to show the Ministry of Justice that the bailiff industry needs to be reformed.
This campaign is a collaboration between AdviceUK, Christians Against Poverty, Citizens Advice, Money Advice Trust, StepChange Debt Charity, The Children’s Society, and Z2K. We’ve all seen the continued problems in the bailiff industry as part of the services we provide, so have worked together on this campaign to bring about change.

Just to add too this, i would encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with a bailiff (and judging by the posts we see on here there are many of you) to share it.
Dont think that one person cannot change anything, i have taken part in ministry of justice question and answer sessions previously, about reforms to the bankruptcy laws, and the government did listen to the concerns raised, and acted accordingly.
Bailiff regulation is still in need of further reform, so please contribute if you can.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
