No agreement may mean they can't obtain a judgement against you in court, if that were the case, you could either choose not to pay, or offer to settle for much less than would normally be possible.

Accounts are old. They defaulted back in 2010.0

Update:
I've heard back about one of the debts. The replied to me on the 2nd of July saying that they would obtain the cca. I haven't heard anything since.
Oddly, the two debts are with the same dca and while they have cashed both cheques, they haven't written to me about the other debt.0 -
Update:
Still no CCA's have been sent to me. How long should I leave this before low balling them? I want to start rebuilding my ability to get credit for when I want to buy a house.
Thank you.0 -
Just wait a little longer, it can take 4-6 weeks for a response sometimes.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I've been waiting all told for 13 months when I made my first request for them. This was my second request.0

Yes I realise that, but don't rush in just yet, if they can't produce the paperwork, then you may not have to pay it, you go and settle for x amount, then a week later you get a letter saying they can't enforce your account, you would kick yourself !!!!!
They sometimes employ delaying tactics to provoke responses such as this, don't be fooled by it !!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you.
I'll wait until the end of this month. If I receive neither the CCA's or a letter saying that they cannot enforce my account, what would you believe my next step should be?
Thanks.0 -

They have said they are going to get it, so wait and see what they send you, then formulate your plan .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
