    CF have implemented their log in with Facebook.

    Assuming you are prepared to do so you need to first ensure that your FB account and your CF account have the same email address.

    Then log in on your CF account with your email address, click the connect to FB button, then input your CF password.

    Then go to your FB account, look in your apps for the Crowdflower App and manage your privacy settings to your own taste.

    The email address I use for Instagc is different from the email address I use for Facebook - so presumably this means I can no longer use CF :(

    (I have tried and it won't let me log in)

    Dolphin, same here but it didn't cause me a problem. Just need to use normal FB login then a window comes up and ask for the password, there is something like "choose the password associated with this account" - I have then put my CF registerd e-mail password and it worked.

    I'm just getting a message saying I don't have permission to work on the task (I have tried 3 different tasks in case it was a blip):mad:

    Can you not go into your FB account, go to settings, down to email and then edit to either change or add your CF related email to it. Then log back into Cf with that? Would that do it?

    Perhaps it is about CF tasks being broken today. Someone mentioned on CF thread. I'd give a day or two and try again.

    Right, it looks like it's completely wiped my CF history! I don't even have a contributor ID anymore. When I go to my profile or account there is nothing there and no history and no username. If I type in my username it doesn't save!
    It's very strange!:mad:
    I have tried to put in a ticket but they expect a contributor ID but I haven't got one anymore. I'm off work at the moment so I can fiddle around with it a bit and see what happens.

    Otherwise. I'm just going to give up. I wasn't making much from tasks anyway so it's not really worth too much effort.

    Whilst I think its worth persevering, though I accept without an contributor id its going to be difficult, have you considered Clickworker - very similar kind of thing. Happy to pm you details if you would like.
