Glad you've gone back to school Spud - quite literally! ;)

Well, my good news is that my OH's ex-employers have offered a pre-tribunal settlement of £10k - their initial offer of £5k was rejected last week. As he got another job after 6 weeks on the dole, in reality they want to give him the dosh to keep his gob shut about things they don't want to be out in the public domain  :j

i think he's going to take it, and will be paying his bank loan off with it. :T :T

Certainly did - it's a public disclosure issue, and they obviously don't want to lose contracts & revenue if it all gets out in the press..... anyway it gets all the hassle out of the way & resolves the stress it had been causing.:j

I am over the moon today because I have just paid off and closed my Egg Money account.:beer::beer:It only took me one month!!! YAY! Overdraft next! Must be down from £1800 to £600 by end of the month. (£600 is roughly what I'm claiming back in bank charges, so really it'll be virtually a £0 overdraft!!
