When did the first keeper notice arrive? Was it before or after DVLA said they cut UKPC's access to the database?

The only court in which UKPC is likely to make an appearance in the near future is the High Court.

Stop worrying about them - even if it were possible, this is all too close for comfort to their admitted fraudulent activity they have been conducting for them to be going to a court and trying to hold the moral high ground!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Update: nearly two years since the original parking incident. After getting zero response from me, UKPC and their debt collector henchmen eventually gave up sending love letters in early 2016.

Do not assume it's over, they can claim for up to 5 years in scotland but even
    then, they will struggle
