...flights being delayed or cancelled due the currently cold snap?
Family travelling later this week from Heathrow. Although weather seems to be OK then, you never know.
Not taken out travel insurance before so really don't understand some of the terminology they use.
Got a few quotes but can't tell if cancellation caused by adverse weather is covered.
Also, if you take out group/family cover, are the benefits listed per person or a total for the group?

The weather is already here so it's not an unforseen event which means insurance taken out now might well not cover anything resulting from that weather.0
