I have received a quote for a 3m x 3m patio - The "estimate" says - excavate, type 1 mot hardcore base and compact, lay on concrete bed. I asked for the cheapest concrete flags.
Location is Northern England.

The quote is £710 so as per the title of this forum: - does this seem fair?

I'll clarify if its an estimate or a quote.
