Big dispute with Giff gaff. Options?

Hi, first post here.

I'm having a bit of a problem with the mentioned network...Dispute regarding bills.

If this doesn't get resolved, can anyone suggest how to proceed (save for court)

Are there any tribunal services or independent resources that could help me get a resolution. Is there anywhere I can turn to for help / refund / advice apart from the phone company.

Who can you recommend I turn to?

Giffgaff don't send you bills. It's a pay as you go network.
