Shares advice - Sepura PLC

I have shares in the company Sepura PLC and looking my profile its on hold and no info has been listed since 23rd May, I have read the information at various sites but don't understand where it leaves me? can anyone explain. I am still learning.

    Did you make any money on them? I had a bit of a rollercoaster ride with them recently but thankfully it worked out in the end.

    I don't know yet as its just showing on hold and only learning about the take over now, I am learning more now as a newbie. Its such a learning game and I didn't put much money into it so if I loose its okay but some sites state a payout to share holders but not sure if thats the case. Either way its taught me to invest more wisely and to keep an eye on my shares more.
