Buildings insurance for between exchange and compl

Options
We are buying a house and have agreed quite a long period between exchange and completion (5 months). I understand that you need a specialist short term buildings insurance policy to cover the house during this period. Can anyone recommend one?

    Will the property be vacant?
If so, you will need unoccupied property insurance.

Otherwise, I would have thought this was quite straightforward for any of the 'regular' insurers to provide cover. Although you need to make them aware of the full details of the situation.

Have a ring round and compare quotes.
