First Utility Hounding Me

Folks, I received today the second e-mail from First Utility over the past three months and they are asking me to pay a power bill.
To begin with I have never had any dealings with this company. I have a house in Aberdeen - my energy supplier is SSE. Currently I am working in Surrey and my energy supplier is Spark Energy.
I tried phoning First utility twice today - no voice recording or whatever - just a constant strain of music. Bloody awful. So has anybody else on the forum had any dealings with this company?
