Universal Credit is paid monthly in arrears so you’ll have to wait one calendar month from your assessment date before your first UC payment is made. This is called your assessment period.
You then have to wait up to seven days for the payment to reach your bank account.
I don't think anyone can be exact!0 -
You can apply for an advance to get a payment sooner than 6 weeks though.0

If 6 weeks have been and gone then call the 'Universal Credit Service Center' to find out the status of your application, the payment might be on its way and still being cleared by the bank0 -

I think he means his advance has been spent.
If so, and it's not 6 weeks, then the only choice is to wait.0
