Resolve - Multiple cards with the same company

Originally I only had one Barclaycard, however Barclaycard went and took over the other 3 credit cards that I had, which means I now have 4 Barclaycard's. I tried to submit claim against each of these cards, but unfortunately Resolver keeps referring me to my original claim and will not allow me to submit any more claims.
Can someone please tell me how I can submit a claim against each of these other cards. I have tried using the original card name, but those names no longer exist. Thank you
