Hi,
Im sorry if this has already been dealt with but I could not locate the threads for it. I have recieved a PCN from ZZPS and I just ignored it (I know this was not the best thing to do but it was the only advice I relied on and I didnt know of these fantastic threads)
Now, I have a letter for Wright Hassel saying that it is a FORMAL LETTER OF CLAIM and talking about CCJs etc,
Can someone please instruct me on how to act going forward?
Please help

ZZPS letters can and should be ignored
its the PPC letters and official solicitor letters that should NOT be ignored
so your first task is to decide if this latest letter actually came from WH , or from ZZPS on a letter with a WH letterhead - this is important
if its the former , IGNORE it
if its the latter, from WH themselves, then treat it as an LBC
and yes there are dozens of similar threads about this , use the drop down forum search box to find them0 -
Search this parking sub-forum (not the whole of MSE, NOT the whole site box top right, avoid that) for ZZPS or Hassall.
Loads of threads every week, all the same, all being ignored unless a person getes a court claim from the original parking firm (which is NOT 'ZZPS' as they are a third party debt collector pen-pushing call centre, not to be called!). So, which parking firm?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

WH are known to pimp their letter-head to Debt Collectors. Such a fall from grace for this old established firm. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
