Virtually free 2 course meal & prosecco for 8 in Central London

OK so this one is a bit fiddly and there is a very small element of risk involved.

LivingSocial currently have a deal where you can get a 2 course meal for 2 with a glass of prosecco and 2 X £10 casino chips at a Casino in London.

If you refer three friends on living social to buy the same deal, you get your money refunded on your first purchase. Do this and now you have a meal for 8 people and 8 x £10 casino chips for a total cost of £72.

The catch is that you cannot exchange the promotional chips for cash. When you play with the promo chips, the chips you win are cashable but the promo chip is still not. The least risky way to convert your chips to cashable chips is to put one chip on red and one on black at roulette. Provided you don't get unlucky and the green zero comes out, one promo chip will be lost and the promo other chip will be returned to you with an actual cashable chip. Pocket the cashable chip and repeat again each time betting with two promo chips.

Do this a few times and provided zero does not come out, you will have £70 in cashable chips and one promo chip left. Now here you could just gamble the £10 and hope for the best, or you could put a real £5 chip on one colour and the promo £10 chip on the other. Provided zero doesnt come out you'l have £75 in cashable chips - MORE than what you paid for the vouchers initially. You might even be lucky and have the promo chip still in which case i'd put it all on one number, hope for a big win and then leave immediately.

You 1 - Casino 0

Obviously there is an element of risk involved here. If Zero comes out just once (1/37 chance of this) you would lose £20. But you'd still walk away with £55 so the meal cost you £17 for 8 ppl... not bad.

Also, from a statistics/risk point of view, a slightly less risky method would be to put £40 on each colour to begin with, then £20, then £10 and then you'll be down to one promo chip to to do the £10 / £5 bet.

Hope that makes sense and might be of use to someone.
