SB: Insurance for pet products

Hi there,

Am just dabbling my toes into the world of setting up a business. I'm planning on an online pet/gift shop with accessories and treats for pets (no live animals!). Now, as I will be making some of these things myself, I need product liability insurance (I think) to cover this.

Have rung around a lot of insurance brokers today, but no-one seems to want to cover this. Has anyone got any experience in insurance cover for the manufacture of pet treats? Or would approaching insurance brokers about food in general be the way forward?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.
