    Day 2 success!

Realised I'm only actually in 18 days not 19, so I'll be aiming for 18 instead of 19.

#10 2/18 had mexican bean casserole today, one of my easy freeze batch cooks. Tomorrow is uni day so I’ve done rice, mixed beans and boiled egg. It’s going to be hard avoiding coffee, but I’m going to reward myself with a big bottle of coffee syrup if I make it through the month!

    Morning all,
2/15 Having 'light lunches' at the moment from the supermarket, a bit of a cheat since they are ready made, but more nutritious and I'm trying to cut down on bread a bit, still cheaper than buying at the caf! at work. Yesterday lunch was provided at a work meeting.

4/18 Managed a very nice rice salad for uni, and today it’s a party at work so I’ve baked cookies and I’m hoping someone will have done sandwiches!

    All updated

Monday -Thursday - brought breakfast/lunch to work. I had exactly the same all week.

Home made breakfast bar and banana.
Leek and potato soup with reduced roll, fruit salad, crisps, cheese and slice of home-made lemon cake.

Bit boring but definitely cheap :)

Today I am off so had not included today. Will still be eating lunch at home though!
