Kitchen Installation

Hi,
I'm a first time buyer so admittedly clueless about these things. At the moment there is nothing in the kitchen at all apart from a sink. All units will come pre-assembled. Solid wood worktop. Layout would be, for the floor, filler panel, three units, gap for oven, two units. Wall would be filler panel, one unit, shelving, three units, gap for oven shelving. There is also another set of shelving in the kitchen to be done. He's cutting the shelves for me out of leftover worktop.
Taking out the sink unit, replacing with new sink, two units and a worktop over a gap.
No plastering, decorating, re-tiling, electrics.
The builder has quoted £1,600.
On the basis the units are pre-assembled, there is nothing to clear out and it's a solid wood worktop I thought maybe one chap two days or two chaps one day. He says two chaps, two days. Aware there is plumbing for the sink though.
However, never assembled a kitchen so advice would be much appreciated.

I don't think 4 days is unreasonable for what I think you're describing, in fact I think that's quick. We had our kitchen done recently and I was surprised at how long some things took, although when I actually saw what they were doing it made sense. You really don't want wonky cupboards hanging off the wall, badly cut worktops or gaps that are too small for your appliances!0

That's really helpful - thank you so much. Everything else he's quoted has been what I was expecting and he is a lovely chap but it just seemed so much. That being said - I've never installed a kitchen so what do I know?!0
