It was under Canadian Affair but I think they may have stopped it recently. I got 1.5% on my booking in February which has been confirmed, but on my TCB 'earnings' page, the Canadian Affair line can't be clicked on, unlike all my other recent transactions. Not sure if this is permanent or just a temporary thing.
They are still on Quidco as an alternative:

Just wanted to mention something:
I have been trying to find a discount code for Canadian Affair/Air Transat but I've had to go ahead and book flights without one. Before I made the booking, my wife asked me to have one more look at the Air Canada website (she's a Canadian what can I say?).
As it turned out, making a last minute check proved to be beneficial. It turned out that Air Canada was about £50 cheaper than AT/CA.
On our way out to Ottawa we only have one brief stop at Toronto barely affecting our outbound flight. On the way back it is direct.
The bonus with AC is that you get good standard leg room and drinks included in the price. Neither of these are standard with AT/CA.
We added on the extra leg room seats for our booking with AT/CA. That works out at a total of £236 on top of the flights.
Having traveled with AT/CA before, I knew I was going to need it after my last experience. If you don't need this, AT/CA will be the cheaper option for you.
So given my requirements, Air Canada has won hands down. Hope this is helpful to some.0
