Check your HOME insurance cover.

If you have Legal Expenses included in your policy, they MAY consider trying to act on your behalf, if they felt a possible good result would come your way.

It won't cost you anything.

OP sorry to hear of your issues.

Was the car a N.Ireland car or an Eire car? If it's N.Ireland then they do fall under the UK Nissan banner. If it's Eire you are stuffed. (sorry).

Might be worth doing some research on this because when they failed they extended the warranty to 5 years.

I think the Navara uses a 2.5 dCi whereas the X-Trail uses a 2.0 dCi.
