Bought these Zero Noodles for OH thinking they were instant noodles, for him to have for lunch occasionally. Discovered that they are organic and only 1.5g carbs per 100g
Before I get all excited and get the wok out, is there anywhere other than Holland & Barrett which sells them and how much are they please ?
Holland & Barrett has them for 1.99 or 2 for 2.98 on BOGOHP

OH says they are shirataki noodles so there may be other brands ?

What are they actually made from?“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

I have rarely felt so ill in my life as I did when I ate these. Never again!0

While you've been posting, I tried the noodles.
happydays89 has it right on the rubber bands if you have them just plain. But I managed to overcook them while chopping and actually the crispy bits which tasted of spices were fine. It may be a question of either cooking them in a sauce or crisping them up - I shall experiment.
To keep my diabetes stable, I avoid carbs as much as possible with a carb-loving husband <sigh> So to be able to have a bowl of noodles in front of a movie would be like learning you could eat baked beans on toast not having had them in five years

they are fab in noodle soups or pho/thai noodle broth as any noodles tend to go quite soggy - do make sure you wash then well tho, as they have a very strange smell when you open them.. I found them quite cheap on amazon (and we use them for fasting - 5:2)0

are they like these? https://www.barenakedfoods.co.uk/ also from Holland & Barrett & GNC - I think they're made from rice.0

Shirataki noodles is the name you're wanting if you're looking in your local asian shops0
