Isa limits

I have £85,000 in an isa. In the new financial year, I would like to transfer £70,000 into one isa, and transfer £15,000 into a second. I would then like to put my £20,000 allowance for 18/19 into the second isa. So, I would have £70,000 in one isa and £35,000 in another. Can I do this within the isa rules.

Wasn't there something in a recent budget about relaxing the requirement to use the transfer procedure, so as to make it simpler to do this, and to help out where ISAs don't allow transfers in?0

I believe this would be fine. I would contact the intermediary just in case to double check...they should have the right answer0
