All people need to do is ask for a new contract, with or without upgraded phone. It's not such a big deal, unless you are too dim to realise.

Well I always check this BEFORE I take out the contract.
I check to see if I can buy the phone cheaper without a 24 month contract with a rolling sim only, which suits my need.
2 phones I was interested in were cheaper this way than on a phone with a 24 month contract.
But this is not new to anybody who checks thier services with any provider.
Companies love customer inertia, it's makes them easy money. The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!
