    They need to look at what a massive mess the sale of old loans to a DCA has been, and use it to inform any plans of doing the same thing again.

    There are too many different loan styles, too many different rules and too many different companies looking after it all.

    The 1998-2012 style is simple to understand, has (imo) fair rules and should just be used throughout.
