Lucky lucky customers for recieving a text message.
Didn't deliver ours because the van broke down (these things happen),but no one even bothered to inform us.
Usless customer service offered a free delivery code to start with,then a £10 voucher.Shove it.Ringfenced our money over a week.
Will never use again.

same for me, twice they have done it,
worst was my christmas delivery,
some one called me at midnight to tell me it wouldnt be delivered the next evening lol.I asked why they felt the need to wake me up for this,they said to give me time to go shopping.
I stopped using them because there was so many subs/out of stock items,
Im sure in some areas they are good but in my area they seem to be really poor.
