    Well done!

Shame on no unreasonable costs order, however sounds like it was a reasonably humiliating day. Did you get ordinary costs? (Parking, time off, etc)

Can you supply the name of the Judge in this case? Good for others to know for future cases :)

Was the DJ Dixon or Scolding?

Thanks! Yes, I got ordinary costs. The DJ was Scolding. Very nice manner, & explained everything very clearly.

It may be useful to have a transcript of this case as there are references to Denton and compliance with CPR - something that has been skated over in other cases.

If you have the inclination could you check with the court transcription agencies (https://www.gov.uk/apply-transcript-court-tribunal-hearing) to get a quote first. Then set up a JustGiving page or similar and you should get the cost covered by donations.

Well done - what a fantastic read that court report was! A transcript would really help others, and I'm sue the Parking Prankster would be happy to add it to his 'case law' links if it was obtained.

As IamEmanresu says, these are issues other hearings have not covered in such depth, so your hearing transcript would be very useful. Love this bit:
the claimant is a professionally represented serial litigant with unlimited access to legal advice from qualified legal professionals. It is inexcusable for them not to comply with the court's directions, and their failure to do so is an abuse of process and contempt of court
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
