Esperanza Travel - Legit?

I've found flights on a couple of the comparison sites which are showing Esperanza Travel with cheap business class fares. Just a bit worried if they're legit or not before I part with a pile of cash? Anyone have any experience of them? A google search isn't really telling me much at all...

Why would any airline let them sell a business class fare cheap?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

I have no idea how third parties sell any flights, holidays, car rental etc. at a discount, but they manage it...0

Esperanza is the Spanish word for hope...Evolution, not revolution0

It also means confidence. Is anyone going to post anything useful? I thought this was supposed to be a helpful forum.0

Okay, any reason or just general skepticism? Does nobody on here use third party sites? Kayak, Skyscanner etc? Because that seems a bit odd for a moneysaving forum!0

It is a helpful forum, but in all my years booking flights for a living, I never heard of this company. Funny that the address they give on their web page is 38 Riding House Street, London, W1W 7ES, is the base for Crystal Travel. The reviews are mixed to say the least...

Specialist travel companies can get allocation with specific airlines, but I don't see how a company with less than 50 employees would have access to allocation. Personally, I always book directly with the airline.0 -
When you Google them this thread is result #5. Enough said really, they are not a reputable agent.
A little digging reveals that it's a trading name for Crystal Travel:

Google reveals many reports of fares that don't exist, problems with bookings etc. A legit agent wouldn't need 42 different trading names!0 -
Which third parties are considered ok for flights? I have similar prices showing with Air Travel Experts (I've never heard of them either), then it jumps up a hundred pounds for Omega (who I've bought flights through before, but not business class), Travelpack, WorldAirFares and Lastminute.com0
