Signing Oath for Executors in Scotland?

I am the executor for my mother-in-law who lived in England but I'm in Scotland. I will need to get the Oath for Executors signed and witnessed but who would carry this out in Scotland and does anyone know current costs?

I have just asked the Probate Offcie and they confoirmed no problem. They will arrange for the oath to be taken in Scotland.0

Did the Probate Office say who would carry this out?0 -
It woiuld be by a Notary. You could phone themselves and ask if you want further details.
