Experimenting with growing elephant garlic and have noticed some of my plants have started going to seed .
Does this mean they won't produce bulbs? I,ve snapped off the seeding stalks but should I leave the plants in or dig them up?

I would say it is about time to harvest. It is a few years since I grew garlic because I don't use it. But from memory I seem to remember that harvest time was June. So it is probably ready to dig up. If it is going to seed I would say that you are going to get whatever is below ground anyway.
