Can one parent use childcare vouchers and another use the tax-free childcare scheme?

My partner's work offer childcare vouchers, so she'll be getting them shortly when she returns to work. My employer is looking into this, but may not go down that route seeing as it looks to be being phased out in April 2018. My question is, can I apply for tax-free childcare myself and use that scheme for the same child if childcare vouchers are being used too?

Since our childcare costs will be over £4,000 / year, and my partner will be able to access £930 / year (basic rate taxpayer), i'd like to pay the remaining £3,000 (ish) into this new 20% contribution scheme.
