Dual fuel only according to the article. Gas from cows and pigs isn't cheap compared to other sources. The tariff might suit a couple of insomniacs with a daily commute by EV. Might work well for nocturnal home workers who are asleep at the peak time and working, cooking and such mainly during the cheapest time.0
