    I'd never heard about this. I used to have a Goldfish Mastercard for many years, before Barclaycard bought them out, and then a Barclaycard Mastercard for a few years until Barclaycard ditched Mastercard and put everyone onto Visa.

    It doesn't actually matter whether you had a MasterCard or not. The claim is Mastercard's fees led to a general price rise which impacted every UK consumer.

    Personally I suspect this claim will fail.

    Probably like a significant percentage of PPI claims should fail ... I suspect many people knew exactly what they were signing up to at the time, but have jumped on the bandwagon to get some cash.
