    Yet another prepaid service which M.S.E. like a scratched record thinks is a bank!
    after issues with the bank's IT system upgrade sent online services into meltdown.
    unable to access their online accounts or use the bank's app or text services
    etc., etc.

    One wonders why they still have customers. Hasn't everyone gone off to basic bank accounts?

    Come back Secure Trust Bank, all is forgiven.

    So what is so wrong with the old method of a notebook and pencil with personal self control on spending?
