I used the CEDR with Thomson after no reply from Thomson for several months. With the CEDR Thomson said they would send a cheque within 28 days.
28 days has passed and no cheque. Thomson doesn't reply to my emails and the call centres have no clue so I'm back onto the CEDR. It's now over since months on since my initial complaint.0
