Letting Agent recommendations in Cardiff for landlord?
I'm looking to let my flat in the bay having moved in with my partner. It's my first venture into letting and I don't really have the time or practical skills to manage it myself. Can anyone recommend any letting agents in Cardiff from a landlord perspective? I've let from a couple in the past but my experience wasn't great with the two I let from.

Please don't use Moginie James! I had a shocking experience with them as a tenant and they were managing the flat on behalf of the landlord.
As a tenant I found Jeffrey Ross pretty decent, although unmanaged but if I was to let my house I'd be tempted to go through them.0 -
