had this visit booked in since last november and get an email this week saying they're now not coming...despite ML saying all existing visits will be completed...very disappointing - but thats what british gas do best now isn't it0

Had exactly the same, they promised to honour all applications made before a certain date and have now backed out on that promise.
We already had our appointment booked and scheduled only to be contacted the other day and say they were cancelling it.
Wouldn't mind but we applied back in November and if i'd known this was going to happen i'd have just got the work done privately before the end of Winter when it would actually have been of benefit.0
