Excellent news, people who think of protecting their possessions, loved ones, income etc get hit with another tax hike.
Those that do not insure their cars, rely on state benefits if ill or unable to work, and choose not to allocate some of their income to protect themselves once again do not face the increasing tax levies.
I really do wonder why I bother.0
