They are one of the better DM firms out there although it can be done yourself and the charity ones do require a lot more info as a general rule.0

One of the best? I'd hate to see the worst! No-one needs to pay a company to deal with their debts

I read it and refuted it, there is no such thing as a good debt management company that charges fees.LBM 10/1/12 ~ DFW Start 6/2/12: £82,344 ~ Now Zero:staradmin:starmod::staradmin Debt free 17th April 2015 :staradmin:starmod::staradmin

Okay you must be right and I am wrong as what would I know working within the industry that deals with company's like this on a day to day basis.0 -
And read the story properly it shows they went to the FCA and stated there was an issue, Normally the ones with no scruples wait until they are pulled over the coals before facing up to things.
Again though and just keep Time to face music happy I shall make the point again that whilst I do not condone using a paid for DM service they can be of assistance to people that either cannot be bothered to deal with it themselves or do not want the very in-depth probing of a charity DM Company.0 -
Gregory Pennington was better
could have said I qualified for a DMP as 'money grabbers' but didn't. So a private did my DRO shock, horror
Just because something is a charity shouldn't give it instant gratification,
Sorry0 -
When you phone these companies, the data protection statement they have to read, should be amended as follows :
"calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, also the service we offer is available, free of charge, from other sources"
This should be a mandatory requirement, and I can see the time when it will be.
The last thing someone in debt needs, is more debt............................

£185,000 / 4,500 = £41 per customer.
Is this a joke?0
