I think the govt should pay this in Feb/March as I have heard old dears using this money to buy Christmas presents and when the winter quarter bill comes through the post, they don't have the money.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. - the good intention is to stop people dying or becoming seriously ill
- statistically 20,000 65 year olds die in England & Wales each winter
Delaying it at all would add to the above figures, and that mortality rate would surely multiply by each extra cold week you delay it.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
