I'm mortgage free at 30 as our family had a windfall after holidays and also rats I have £70k left should I buy another property to rent out or should I sit sweet I have a full time job and pension

What other investments do you have?
Do you want hands off investment or your own business? If you buy shares you can sell some if you need cash, you can't do that with a house.
PS I don't understand windfall from rats?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
