How about the access to finance for people who don't have the cash or the ability to get finance elsewhere but fall outside of the criteria for ECO? Its a lifeline for people like that.
And then there is also the Green Deal Cash Back, and now the Home Improvement Fund giving generous cash back to households making energy efficient improvements to their home.
Oh and ECO(part of Green Deal), making vulnerable peoples households warmer and cheaper to run.
