Except that Parking Eye are starting to take things to court, from evidence on here at any rate. If you choose the POPLA route with a decent defence, it costs them time to prepare their case, £27 to go to POPLA and give you a dress rehearsal should it ever get to court.
With a decent appeal, seems like a no-brainer to me.
Court papers are rarely issued and are way down at the <0.01% level.
Ignore, unless ct papers turn up is equally as valid [and a lot easier than popla].
Give people the options, and let them choose.0
