Air Asia

I have 2 flights booked in the Philippines, one internal and one International to Hong Kong.

I received an email telling me my flight had been rescheduled and I would receive and updated schedule as soon as possible.

Wondering which flight it was I logged onto my Air Asia bookings and was non the wiser.
So what follows is the chat with Air Asia customer service:

Selina: Hello Mr Wang. Welcome to AirAsia Live Chat Service. Kindly be informed that each chat session lasts for 10 minutes. Please keep your questions reasonably brief.

Me: I have 2 flights with Philippines Air Asia, I received an email that it has been rescheduled but it doesn't tell me which flight?

Selina: thanks . moment please

Selina: Referred to the booking system, the flight operate as per schedule .
As for now, we do not have any info on the change of schedule.

If only you had booked with BA instead.

Much easier to simply check on the Manage Your Booking section of the Air Asia website to see the new times there. If no new times, then your flights are unaffected.

    What a drama over nothing.

I'm a big fan of BA but I didn't realise they did internal flights in the Philippines.

I also like Air Asia. Used the lots of times in Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia. They are a little liable to delays since the is so little slack in their schedules but overall they are a good airline

So you're a specialist on Air Asia Philippines too?

Clearly not, since I called them directly and they confirmed over the phone which flight had been effected. And still my flights on the main website appear unaffected.

    ;)

Got an Air Asia flight from Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) to Kuching (Sarawak) a couple of years ago.
Big sign at check-in saying, 'No spears, No bows and arrows, No blow-pipes'! Fortunately, I hadn't had time for souvenir shopping!!

I buy around ten tickets annually with Air Asia, so I have some small experience.
Did you check via Manage Your Booking or not? Main website?

I've got ten flights book right now and every one of them is showing in manage my booking on the date and time I booked them.
2 of the flights are on Philippines Air Asia and one had been changed - It is still showing as unchanged but have had it confirmed from the call centre in Manilla that it has been rescheduled.
It remains unchanged because they are unsure as to what the actual change will be yet. It was just pre advice.

But given they weren't flight specific it was a bit pointless, hence my moan.
