I've been trying to open up the itemised calls on my online invoices when logging onto 18185. It's not allowing me to expand the + option next to the itemised calls on the selected invoices. Is anyone else having this problem, please?

Try a different Internet browser!0

I tried FireFox and I can't even log on with that. It won't let me go past the "click here" button after entering the account number and phone number. Don't know my way around any other browser as I only ever use IE.0

I'm not a techie, so don't really know what to look for, however, thanks for your suggestion, because of it, I had a little look around IE and wondered whether it might be pop up blocker. I unblocked the pop up blocker and I managed to view the itemised calls. It never used to be a problem, so not sure why it's started doing this now. Thanks anyway.0 -

Yes I had that problem using IE10. I clicked the compatibility icon at the end of the address bar and that allowed me to view the itemised calls.0 -
I've recently changed bank account details for my DD, and although I gave plenty of time before the next bill was due, it seems to have caused a problem as 18185 have failed to request the amount due from my new bank account. I've tried to get in touch with 18185 via their very vague online form, and have not managed to get any conclusive response. All they did was to tell me to get in touch with my bank to see what the problem was and my bank told me there was not problem and the payment hasn't been requested. I've asked 18185 for their bank account number and sort code so I can make a payment directly to them to at least clear last month's bill, but no joy. Any suggestions?0

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=5603177&postcount=204Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
Thank you Heinz (still using your programme).
