setting up a competition in return for filling in survey

Hi all

Do I need to have terms and conditions for a project where I am offering a prize in return for people filling in a survey? Or is it essentially like selling raffle tickets at a fair where I just say.... [FONT=&quot]One lucky person will be drawn at random and win £100.

Even raffles have rules these days...check out the www.gamblingcommision.gov.uk website
