I sell lingerie and will have people complaining the item is faulty because its too small ( never ever too big) and therefore it is not as described

I always want to say ' perhaps to avoid this in future you order the next size up"

I've just closed my latest NPB case.

I was looking at the buyers feedback and she's obviously been on a spree - there's 11 feedbacks, moaning about the buyer not paying.

I would really like to message the people who left the feedback along the lines of ' !!!!!! you stupid tarts, open a NPB case and get this time waster stopped'

I remember selling my 1999 ford focus on eBay earlier on this year 11 months mot and 4 months tax etc.... received a message for a swap for a 32 inch 3D tv, thought I would I reply kindly to this ridiculous offer by saying "thank you for your enquiry but unfortunately I am looking for cash offers only and no swaps as stated in the description. To which I received an offer about 20 minutes later...."would you consider a swap for my 2001 rover 75 with no tax or mot".......

 *repeatedly bangs head against wall*

Couldn't bring myself to terms to what reply I wanted to say....I'm sure that the phrase might have had an OFF in there!
