Virgin Phone charge going up 1p

Hi guys on my bill today had an important message...
"Important information
From 1 July 2013, the standard home phone connection charge will go up by 1p. This won’t affect the calls you get as part of your Talk Plan."
Does any one no if i can use this as an reason to leave without charge only had virgin for 5 months and hate it with a passion. :mad:

No, because it's not a fixed price contract.
You can't leave VM unless you install or reconnect a BT-based line.No free lunch, and no free laptop

We was with sky and want to go back biggest mistake I've ever made going to virgin and can't afford the cancelation charge don't suppose there is anyway to leave without charge:-(0

No you cannot break a contract without penalty .

You can always ask how much to leave .
