So TalkTalk received only 0.39 complaints per 1000 customers!! So 99.96% of customers didn't complain!
Don't think I'll worry too much, having just renewed for £4.50 per month for unlimited broadband and free evening/weekend calls, and £114 for 12 month's line rental (total £14 per month). Been with them about 5 years now, and I'm in the 99.96% of apparently happy customers

Orange...great for six to 8 months then when you have you on contract taken the worm with the rod....your just a cash machine and
