    Good news that year after year house prices are falling however we still need bigger falls for property to become affordable.

  • The housing market needs a kick start.. perhaps the new governer of the Bank of England will do what Mervyn King failed to do and will raise the interest rates!

    Unlikely, he is another one of these low interest fanatics going on his Canadian form. He will just prolong the downturn with low interest rates and inflation will continue to eat up our non increasing wages.
