I am lost with this statement all age groups are left with less cash.

How people expect to live on a fixed annuity is beyond me.
We should immediately enslave all people 20 to 40 so they work to support those over 65. It's only fair since we older people gave birth to them, nursed them, housed and clothed them, educated them etc.
All the illegal immigrants obviously included, unless they prove they came from another country, and work to pay for their food and shelter, plus their passage home. Their friends and family can send ransom money to get them back.
Border control will obviosuly be beefed up, to stop people running away before the age of 20.0
